Ingredients:
Serves 1, 1 per serving
1 medium Apricot, halved, pitted
1 Tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lime zest
1 tsp mint leaves, fresh
Directions:
Grill apricot halves, cut-side down.
Divide yogurt and honey between halves.
Sprinkle with zest and mint.
