Ingredients:
Serves 16, 1 piece per serving
2 sprays non-stick cooking spray
4 oz. chocolate wafers
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 C mini chocolate chips
1/4 C walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 C fat free sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C mini marshmallows, coarsely chopped *** see below
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Using a food processor, process wafers into fine crumbs.
Add butter and salt. Pour into pan. Press firmly to form an even layer of crust.
In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and walnuts. Sprinkle evenly over crust.
Drizzle milk over top.
Sprinkle with marshmallow pieces.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until chocolate melts and marshmallows begin to brown.
Cool completely in refrigerator.
Slice into 16 pieces.
*** Spray your knife with cooking spray, before chopping the marshmallows, to keep them from sticking to the blade.
