Ingredients:
Serves 4, 4 oz. per serving
1 cucumber
1/2 C fat free yogurt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
black pepper to taste
Directions:
Clean cucumber and dice into 1/2 inch pieces.
Place in a strainer to allow extra water to drain. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, salt, dill, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
Add cucumbers. Stir to combine. Season with black pepper, to taste.
