Ingredients:
Serves 8, 4 oz. per serving
2 Smart Ones® Pasta Primavera meals
3 C broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
1/4 C red onion, finely diced
2 Tbsp raisins
3 Tbsp orange juice
1/4 C fat free mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp dry roasted sunflower kernels
Directions:
Cook each Smart Ones® Pasta Primavera meal according to package. Cool.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except sunflower kernels. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Add sunflower kernels just prior to serving.
