Ingredients:
Serves 1
1/4 medium avocado, smashed
1/2 small cucumber, peeled and finely diced
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp lime zest
1 Tbsp fresh dill
Few drops sriracha sauce (or hot sauce)
1/4 C cantaloupe, finely diced
1/4 C watermelon, finely diced
1/2 C watercress
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix avocado, cucumber, lime juice, zest, dill, and sriracha sauce in a bowl.
Add melon and toss well.
Add watercress.
Season with salt and pepper.
