Ingredients:
1 box angel food cake mix - the 1 step kind
1 15 oz. can Pumpkin
3/4 C water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
a few Tbsp of water, to be mixed with cream cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
Use a mixer to beat water and cream cheese until smooth and thinned.
In a separate bowl, mix cake mix, pumpkin, water, and cinnamon together until smooth and well mixed.
Spray a 9x13 cooking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add half of the cake/pumpkin mixture and spread evenly.
Drizzle half of cream cheese over the top and smooth.
Add remaining cake/pumpkin mix, then remaining cream cheese, making layers. Use a butter knife to swirl layers together (swirl, not mix).
Bake for 35 minutes at or until a toothpick comes out clean.
