Ingredients:

Yield: 100 rollups
2 lbs sliced ham (sandwich meat)
3 8 oz. packages cream cheese (softened)
1 12 oz. jar pickled jalapeno peppers
2 1 oz. pkg hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 tsp of Garlic powder
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, garlic powder, and ranch dressing mix. Stir/mix well.
Drain jalapenos.
Chop jalapenos using a food processor or knife until finely diced.
Add to cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
Lay plastic wrap on counter and place a ham slice on it.
**Tip** Dry each piece of ham between paper towels before spreading cream cheese mixture on them.
Spread cream cheese mixture on ham, approx. 3/16" thick. Roll ham like a Swiss roll and wrap it in plastic wrap.
Continue making rolls until all the mixture is used.
Place rolls in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
When ready to serve, remove plastic and slice into 1/2 inch thick rolls.
