Ingredients:
Yield: 1 cup
Dip Mix;
2/3 C dry buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes
2 Tbsp dried parsley, divided
1 1/2 tsp dried dill, divided
2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried chives
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
Dressing;
3/4 C milk or buttermilk
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 C mayonnaise
1/4 C Greek yogurt (plain)
3 Tbsp ranch mix (made above)
Directions:
For dip mix;
Place dry buttermilk, 1 1/2 Tbsp parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, onion flakes, 1 teaspoon dill, pepper, chives, and paprika in the bowl of food processor.
Pulse until ingredients are finely chopped and combined.
Add remaining parsley and dill. Mix until incorporated. Transfer mixture to an air-tight container. Dry mix is complete and can be used in place of ranch seasoning packets.
3 Tbsp is equal to 1 packet.
For ranch dressing;
In a large bowl, combine 3 Tbsp dry dip mix, with buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt.
Whisk together until smooth. Refrigerate 20 minutes before serving.
