Ingredients:

2 medium avocados, halved
1 serrano pepper, seeded, minced
2 Tbsp red onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small tomato, seeded, diced
3 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp kosher salt, or to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Scoop avocado pulp from their skins, and place in a bowl. Coarsely mash, leaving some chunks.
Add serrano pepper, onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, cilantro and cumin.
Mix until incorporated.
Add salt and pepper, to taste. Lightly stir.
Serve at room temperature.
