Ingredients:
Serves 12
1 18.5 oz. pkg yellow cake mix
2/3 C sugar
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 6 oz. pkg vanilla pudding mix
1 tub whipped topping
flaked or shredded coconut, toasted
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake the cake according to package directions.
Poke several holes into the top of cake, using toothpicks or wooden skewers.
Mix pineapple and sugar. Pour over cake.
Mix pudding according to the package directions. Pour over cake.
Chill in refrigerator.
Spread whipped topping over cake and sprinkle coconut on top.
Keep refrigerated.
