Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
8 oz. velveeta, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 C onion, diced
1 C bacon, cooked, crumbled
salt and pepper, to taste
6 sandwich buns
lettuce, as needed
tomato, as needed
sliced cheese, as needed
pickles, as needed
Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook beef and garlic over medium/high heat. Crumble the beef while cooking.
Drain the skillet of grease.
Add beef to a non-stick sprayed crock pot.
Add cubed cheese, onion, bacon crumbles, salt, and pepper.
Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve on buns topped with desired toppings.
