Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 1/2 C flour
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp salt
5 Tbsp coconut oil, plus a few extra
1 C almond milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
On a baking sheet, melt the coconut oil. Remove from oven and spread evenly.
In a large bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
Pour almond milk in another bowl.
Working a few a time, dip cauliflower in milk, then coat well with flour mixture.
Place florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Flip the cauliflower and brush the extra almond milk on any floury spots on the cauliflower.
Add more coconut oil to the pan if it’s dry.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Cool on a paper towel-lined wire rack. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
