Ingredients:
Serves 4
4 medium-sized flour tortillas
1/4 C butter, melted
1/4 C sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 C heavy cream
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 C strawberries, chopped
1 13-16 oz. jar dulce de leche
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Cut each tortilla into eight pie slices. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon sugar until combined.
Brush tortillas with butter.
Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture on top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cinnamon/sugar is melted and the chips are crispy.
In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until stiff peaks form.
Place wedges on a serving plate. Dollop whipped cream on top.
Drizzle with dulce de leche.
Spoon strawberries on top.
