Ingredients:
Crust;
1 C pecans, chopped (or nut of your choice)
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 C butter, melted
1 C flour
Cream cheese layer;
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar (use 1/2 C for less sweetness)
1 C whipped cream
Vanilla pudding;
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 C milk (use 2 C for a firmer pudding)
Chocolate Pudding;
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
3 C milk (use 2 C for a firmer pudding)
Top layer;
2 C whipped cream
shaved chocolate
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a mixer, mix crust ingredients: nuts, sugar, butter, and flour. Press the mixture into baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Prepare the puddings as per the instructions on the package.
In a mixer, add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. Mix until light and fluffy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Spread the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese, then the vanilla pudding.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
