Ingredients:
18 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 C butter
1/4 C sugar
3 8 oz. cream cheese
1 C sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 pint sour cream
4 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F degrees.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix until resembling small pebbles.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer. Slowly add sugar while continuing to beat. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add 1/2 pint sour cream and vanilla. Beat to combine. Pour cheese mixture into crust.
Bake for 50 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 pint sour cream, 4 Tbsp sugar, and 1 Tbsp vanilla.
Remove from oven. Top with sour cream mixture.
Increase oven to 475 F degrees. Return to oven.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
