Ingredients:
Serves 4
2 large boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
3 C whole milk
1 C all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp all-purpose seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 C fresh flat leaf parsley (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
Cut chicken breasts in half, lengthwise, to create 4 even portions.
Place chicken in a large bowl. Marinate in milk for 20 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, paprika, all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Pour butter into 9x13 baking dish, evenly coating the bottom.
Dip each breast, one at a time, in the flour mixture. Coat liberally. Place in pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the breading is golden brown, flipping each breast after 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
